Bowens photographic mural proposal for the upper level of Civic Plaza combines Indiana-based imagery with her signature technique of overlapping exposure panoramas. Possible sources of imagery include historic Indiana architecture, Indianapolis city neighborhoods, events such as the Indiana State Fair and the Indy 500 race, the landscape of Central Indiana and the airport itself. |
